With this lock you will also need your default user code in order to complete the factory reset. How to Reset the Schlage Touch (FE695 and BE375) Locks To do this, enter one of the default user codes that came with the lock and are on the white label.
To complete the reset, the lock must go through it’s auto handing process to re-learn how it is installed. The green check on the keypad will flash three times and the inside Schlage button will flash three times. While holding the Schlage button, reattach the battery terminal. Now press and HOLD the Schlage button on the front of the lock. To factory Reset the Schlage Connect BE468/BE469 Smart Locks Those codes are also on the white sticker within the lock so jot them down. You will also need the default codes that came with the lock. The center screw is visible, that top screw if visible after the battery cover has been removed. To do this, simply remove a top and center screw on the backside of the lock. If you are not sure you have a Schlage Connect, find the white label by removing the back of the lock. Schlage Connect locks are model numbers BE468 and BE469.
